After we have processed your order, packed it between 2 to 3 working days, and ship it off, you should receive it between 4 to 7 working days.

Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number.  You can also check on My Account, sign into your account and click orders.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email with the tracking number, click the link and it will take you to Fastway.

We do not store your password for security reasons. Should you forget your password, on the sign in page click “Forgot your Password” button below the sign in section.

Yes, if you have ordered the wrong colour or just changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order providing you contact us prior to it being shipped. You need to to contact us on support@8box.co.za

Log into My Account and click Orders to see the status of your order.

We are all about security, so we use Payfast a secure South African online facility. You can pay by credit card, debit card or do an EFT.

Check that the credit card or account information is correct and complete.
There may be insufficient funds in the account.
Your may have reached your daily limit.
Try the following:
Check credit card or debit account details are correct.
Try a different card or payment method.
Contact your bank.
