1) Should you be unsatisfied with your product, you may return it to us within  14 working days of receipt thereof.

Unwanted products may only be returned provided it is unused and undamaged,  with the original packaging still in tact and there are no parts missing.

Refunds are not offered under the following circumstances:

faults from normal wear and tear;

damage of an item due to incorrect usage of a product;

damage from electrical surges;

corrosion due to sea air;

failure to take care of a product/follow the care instructions;

“change of mind” returns;

if a product has been opened and used,

audio products.

2) Should the item meet the criteria in 1) above, we will either replace/repair the item or refund your money to you.

3) Only once the product has been examined and deemed undamaged and unused will we issue a replacement or credit your account for the value thereof. The Refund/Exchange procedure takes 3-5 working dates from the date we receive the item.

4) If we have delivered the wrong colour or product to you, please inform us via e-mail within 7 days of delivery with proof of the incorrect item. We will arrange collection from you at no charge and once the product has been inspected for use or damage, we will either replace the item with the correct product or refund you for the item.

5) Manufacturer’s defects  will be exchanged or repaired where possible, and if not we will refund you for the value of the item.
